Tenant Screening
Our tenant screening process is the first step for a new applicant. The applicant can apply online at our website. Turn around time is typically 24 hours or less. We screen for financial income, criminal background, and more.
CO-SIGNERS
Due to the amount of universities in and around Washington DC we do have a large student population. With that comes co-signers. Due to tenants being full time students we do not run credit on the students. Rather on the parents. Leases in DC are joint and severed. Meaning any parent that signs as a co-signer is liable for the entire lease.
